Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

1 Definitions and Interpretation

In this document, "Platform" refers to the wbwin02 website accessible at https://wbwin02.one and all services provided through it. "User" means any individual who registers an account or uses the Platform's services. "We" or "wbwin02" refers to the company operating the Platform under international licensing.

"Account" refers to the personal profile registered by a user. "Funds" means money in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR) or the equivalent value in cryptocurrency held in a user's account. "Bonus" refers to any promotional incentive given by wbwin02 to users under specified conditions.

"Wagering requirement" refers to the total bet amount that must be reached before winnings from a bonus can be withdrawn. "Services" covers online slots, live casino, sports betting, crash games and all other products available on the Platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

Any individual who accesses, registers or uses any part of the wbwin02 Platform is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to comply with the terms and conditions stated here, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

These terms form a valid and binding agreement between the user and wbwin02. Users who do not agree with any part of these terms are required to stop using the Platform and close their account immediately.

3 Account Registration

wbwin02 reserves the right to request identity verification documents including a copy of MyKad, utility bills or other relevant documents at any stage of Platform use. Failure to submit documents within the specified period may result in temporary account suspension.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

wbwin02 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH. The minimum deposit for all methods is RM20 and the minimum withdrawal is RM50.

Withdrawals will be processed within 10 to 45 minutes after the request is approved. All withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used during deposit, except in certain circumstances as determined by wbwin02.

Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment account details provided are accurate and belong to them. wbwin02 does not bear any losses resulting from incorrect information provided by users. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

wbwin02 offers a 100% welcome bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM888. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus amount received before any winnings arising from that bonus can be withdrawn.

Wagering requirement calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Balance RM200 → Wagering requirement: RM100 × 20 = RM2,000
• Deposit RM1,800 → Bonus RM888 → Balance RM2,688 → Wagering requirement: RM888 × 20 = RM17,760

All bonuses given by wbwin02 are subject to specific conditions. wbwin02 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if there is evidence of abuse, manipulation or attempts to exploit promotional offers unfairly. Users are only eligible to receive one welcome bonus.

The wbwin02 VIP programme offers weekly cashback to members. The cashback rate depends on membership tier: Bronze (up to 0.2%), Silver (up to 0.4%), Gold (up to 0.6%) and Platinum (up to 0.8%). Membership tier is determined based on the user's activity and betting history.

6 Game Rules

All games available on the wbwin02 Platform — including online slots, live casino, sports betting, badminton betting and crash games — have their own rules that users must follow. Specific rules for each game can be found within the respective game interface.

Game results generated electronically are final. Any dispute regarding a game result must be submitted to the support team within 24 hours of the incident. Complaints submitted late may not be able to be processed.

wbwin02 is not responsible for any technical disruptions, internet disconnections or device failures that affect a user's gaming experience. Bets that are still active during a technical disruption will be settled once the system is restored.

7 User Conduct

Users are prohibited from doing the following while using the wbwin02 Platform:

• Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonuses unfairly
• Registering multiple accounts for the purpose of obtaining bonuses more than once
• Transferring funds between different user accounts without wbwin02's authorisation
• Spreading false or misleading information about the Platform to third parties
• Using funds obtained illegally to make deposits into the Platform

Any violation of these rules will result in immediate action by wbwin02, including temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account, forfeiture of balances and bonuses, and legal action where necessary. wbwin02's decision in such matters is final.

8 Account Closure

Users may close their account at any time by contacting the wbwin02 customer support team via live chat or email. Any valid cash balance in the account will be returned once the identity verification process is complete.

wbwin02 reserves the right to close or suspend a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence of a terms violation, fraud, hacking activity, or any other activity that compromises the security of the Platform or other users.

In cases where an account is closed due to a violation, any bonus balances or winnings arising from the activity that breached the terms may be forfeited by wbwin02. Users are not entitled to claim any compensation for account closure caused by their own violation.

9 Limitation of Liability

wbwin02 bears no responsibility for financial losses, loss of expected profits, or any indirect losses suffered by users as a result of using the Platform. Users use the service at their own risk.

The Platform is provided "as is" without any warranty as to its accuracy, continuous availability or suitability for any particular purpose. wbwin02 does not guarantee that the Platform will be free from errors or technical disruptions at all times.

In the event of a dispute regarding liability, the maximum amount that can be claimed from wbwin02 by a user is limited to the total deposits made within 30 days prior to the claim being submitted.

10 Responsible Gambling
